A heartfelt thank you to all our Carers, Community Assistants, and Office staff for your unwavering dedication and hard work in serving our communities.
 
This year, ICare (GB) Ltd proudly marked 30 years of supporting vulnerable individuals across the North West. Throughout this journey, the organisation has remained steadfast in its mission to provide the “Best of services to all our elderly in our Care services and Meal services”.
 
Over the years, we have expanded to 11 care offices, 6 meal offices, and over a dozen Extra Care facilities. None of this growth would have been possible without the commitment, energy, and hard work of each of you—and those who came before you—who have tirelessly supported our Service users and ICare as a whole.

Staff always do their best to be friendly and helpful, even when things haven't run as smoothly as usual. Management are open to concerns and try to accommodate requests as best they can. Recently there have been some staff changes but nothing too disruptive, it has been well managed to minimise the impact on my family. Greatly appreciated!
