    Staff always do their best to be friendly and helpful, even when things haven't run as smoothly as usual. Management are open to concerns and try to accommodate requests as best they can. Recently there have been some staff changes but nothing too disruptive, it has been well managed to minimise the impact on my family. Greatly appreciated!

    I Care have been providing care to my Mum for 3 weeks now, very nice staff who take the time to listen and give care the way she wants. Can't fault them, really. The managers have been really helpful, and even sorted out a lift for Mum to hospital so she didn't have to wait for an ambulance.
