We all stand together, A big "Thank You" to our staff

These photos were taken at our last Team Meeting. As you can see, we are surrounded by frogs. Leapfrogs, toads, croakers, treefrogs all kinds of frogs. The fact is we based it on the Paul McCartney FROG Chorus. The words, “Win or lose sink or swim one thing is certain we'll never give in Side by side, hand in hand we all stand together!” This theme created teamwork, bonding, and knowing we can lean on each other no matter what. Each carer got a “thank you” pack from Sally-Ann, as a reminder that their hard work does not go unnoticed, and she will always be grateful for their efforts. We also have a little office mascot...Meet Dolly our 4 legged Mascot for ICare Stafford. Isn't she just the cutest!

Staff always do their best to be friendly and helpful, even when things haven't run as smoothly as usual. Management are open to concerns and try to accommodate requests as best they can. Recently there have been some staff changes but nothing too disruptive, it has been well managed to minimise the impact on my family. Greatly appreciated!
