I have worked in the care service for many years with a number of different companies. Since being employed with I Care I have felt that I have been treated in a very professional and mature way given the many years of experience I have within the care service looking after elderly people. I Care meet my needs within the workplace they give me support and empathy and up to date training. The management team is always at the end of the phone if I need to discuss any personal problems or any problems which occur in my day-to-day work. My clients whom I care for daily feel happy and content with I Care and feel there needs are supported.

Since having this company and it’s carers, on a daily basis. Helping me with daily duties which has helped me maintain as much of my independence as possible. Has given me and my family piece of mind.
Sefton Testimonial #2
They put their clients first and nothing is to much trouble, I would definitely recommend them to other people.
Sefton Testimonial #3
I have been with ICare for 6 months now, I have 2 calls a day morning and evening. The girls are very polite there is nothing they would not do for me if I needed it. The office staff are very helpful to me when I need assistance or any changes to my calls and needs. I would highly recommend ICare to anyone who is looking for a good reliable company to care for their family no matter what their care needs or assitance may be.
Sefton Testimonial #4
I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Having worked in the care sector for over 10 years I really haven’t been happier than here. It’s not just the fact that I have the hours I want in the area I like, it’s the fact that I can approach the management for absolutely anything. They are always there for the staff and are so pleasant to work with. The amount of support given is without a doubt better than anywhere I have worked previously. This really is the company to be proud to work for.
